PantherDave Posted January 11, 2007 Share Posted January 11, 2007 (edited) I usually use just about any standard chil recipe, but with the venision I cook it longer and on a slower temp. I was taught this due to making the meat tender and it takes venision longer to release it's juices as opposed to moo cow.
