The expectation is for the Chargers to tag him at the highest restricted free agent tender. Another team would have to give up a 1st rounder + a 3rd round pick + a hefty contract. The Chargers have the right to match any offer by another team or to negotiate a lesser trade value. Of course, someone could always try a Minny/Seattle poison pill contract.
