PantherDave
http://www.heraldonline.com/247/story/11528.html The Bengals offense can be prolific and I would imagine this guy is from that fold.
PantherDave
I'd like to see the offense based on Steve Smith and Drew Carter, which might finally open up the running game. Plus the tuteledge he could offer Delhomme-got potential to be a good fit.

Hey, you weren't around when the Steelers beat the Panthers this year, so, you have some smack talk coming to you. Here it goes.... In the year where our two teams sucked and were the two biggest letdown teams in the NFL this year, my sucky team proved they weren't as sucky as your sucky team by destroying them in Carolina. There, that should do it.

Capt. Waffle
Anything will be better than Henning, as Long Tooth is known to keep to the same blue-print and it was obvious that opposing teams recognized how to defend the Panthers. Heck, even Fox and the players were saying "it's the same system we used to go the the superbowl and nfcc"....ya think? The opposing teams sure thought it looked familiar as well Edited January 18, 2007 by Capt. Waffle

I think that game marked the end of the Weinke era as he just doesn't look like he has what it takes to be even a backup QB in this league. He looked like a frickin' tree stump by taking sack after sack with out trying to throw the ball away... Anyway, kudos to the Steelers for the butt whippin' you put on the Panther's that day! And just like clockwork, Delhomme take the snap and hands it to Foster for a gain of 2 yards!.. I have never played a down of organized football, but watch plenty of it and when you watch the games you can guess the plays more than 50% of the time, you know it is time for a change. Foster and Williams are good backs, but you can try and put a round peg in a square hole trying to run between the tackles as often as we did last season.... Sox
Zampese would be a good hire. There are many here that have wanted Drunkowski canned and replaced with Zampese for quite a while.
Chadman
One answer to the problem...for whoever takes over there...establish Williams as the #1 back and stick with him. Just one opinion from someone not really in the know. I think the kid could be brilliant, and we've seen what Foster can do - or not. In fact, forget even keeping Foster as the backup. Just trade him. He's worthless.
