I wanted to throw a twist/trade in there, and the most likely is probably Miami and Carolina. Quinn may very well fall to #9, and Miami probably wont take him, but use him to get multiple picks.

Dallas probably takes a CB in round 1, and shift Anthony henry to FS.

Denver needs a CB, and probably takes the one Dallas wants 1 pick before.

Jacksonville was probably the toughest to pick, but I think they go best available, and they have had injuires at DE and that looks to be a weakness. LB is another concern.

just my intuition too, but i doubt the bears take a te in the first round. have they ever?? ditka??? i see them doing what they usually do, beefing up the trenches.

Well in my mock, they just miss out on the top LBs, as Briggs will probably be franchised, but it would be nice to have some insurance if he leaves in FA. Their DL is pretty solid across the board. Ol maybe, but there isnt much difference from where they are in round 1 and 2 as far as OL are concerned. WR they already have young playmakers that just need to develop. I can see Chicago going secondary or TE, and TE seems more likely with what is available at CB/S.

Doubt it, too... but if they WERE to go TE, I'd prefer Miller from ASU.

Edit: Nice work, Sarge. Better than half the of the crappy mocks I've seen from "experts".

trade up and get a qb, thats my suggestion. also, i think they are high on a kid i drafted in fusion last yr, brent hawkins at de. he got hurt a little too though so you could be right about this too.

i think the bears are fine with desmond. i just don't see them spending a first on it. cb/s, perhaps, but the oline could use backups to groom into starters.

Pretty good effort & I think we're getting closer to what we'll really see in April with each successive effort.

I don't think there's a chance that CLE would pass on Quinn, especially given Weiss' strong endorsement & the bond that Weiss & Crennal have from their NE days. I don't see a TE going in round 1 either, even with one of the last picks in the round. I also think Shanahan will stick with Foxworth to replace D Williams at CB (much to the horrors of DEN fans as Foxworth will continue to get toasted), so I think he may go DL there instead.

12. Buffalo Bills: Leon Hall, CB, Michigan

Im curious why many mocks Ive seen have the Bills going CB. They drafted Ashton Youboty last year I believe in the 2nd, and I honestly see them drafting a LB to replace Fletcher before they draft another CB.

If Willis is there, I think they pick him.

really nice work here Sarge, you obviously put a lot of homework into this

just a thought, rather than going CB and trying to convert Henry, I think it would be more likely for Dallas to drop back a handful of picks, pick up and xtra 2nd or 3rd rounder and draft Griffin?

Sarge, do you activate Adrian in BcS if he's going to get crushed in Cleveland? While I'd love to see him in brown and orange, I fear for his safety in this town.

Where do you see Michael Bush going?

You bet Ill activate him in BCS. And I can see Bush going as high as round 2, to the Jets. But Id bet unless he runs a 4.5 or better at the combine, he drops to round 3.

Brady Quinn would not make it past #7. I would hope the Vikings go BPA and not draft a WR unless it is CJ.

I don't know that Quinn would be the best player available even if he did drop to #7... plus I think the Vikes will go after someone like Garcia and then continue to develop Tarvaris Jackson.

Jarrett is not the next Mike Williams. Jarrett is lean, and runs great routes. Neither could be said for Williams. Williams and Jarrett share one thing, they both make amazing catches in traffic. But that is where the similarities end.

Jarrett reminds me of Issac Bruce. Now he is not as fast as Bruce, but he glides like Bruce did. I think Jarrett is going to be a great WR at the next level.
