Bier Meister Posted February 7, 2007 Share Posted February 7, 2007 yard house a chain that i haven't heard of boasts to have the most biers on tap. we were on our way to california pizza kitchen and walked by. looked at the menu...liked the variety and we gave it a shot..... was very good. we got in 10 min before happy hour was over... quickly ordered 2 pizzas, 2 apps, and 2 biers...walked away for $30 (and 1 untouched pizza). plus lots of good bier and tv's. anyone else been? az, atomic, sunday... good place to catch games and a bite. I've been a Yard House patron for many many years (there's one in Costa Mesa, my hometown... and in Irvine, another popular location). I heard they opened one (or maybe more) out by you, Bier. They have pretty good food (wifey loves their lettuce wraps) and the beer selection is pretty impressive. And as the name suggests, you can buy beers by the yard. Went there last fall after meeting with clients at 10:00 AM; an hour later was walking by and felt it pulling me in... circled the big ass bar 3 times and in three hours found myself still sitting at the bar enthralled by ESPN Classic! Dirty Sanchez Posted February 21, 2007 Share Posted February 21, 2007 Been to the one in San Diego. There is also one in Scottsdale, AZ I believe. But I haven't been to that one. The bar was huge and they had to have at least 100 beers on tap. The food was good. It was pretty much the place to be for the younger crowd.
