Footballjoe
I do not do a lot of cooking nor do I know a lot about it. However, I can make a few meals when necessary. I do like cooking breakfast. I usually scramble my eggs or make omlettes. I think I do a decent job with them but probably not up to professional standards. Anyhow, the other day I put some Velevetta cheese in my scrambled eggs, this was the Mexican Spicy Velvetta that my wife bought by mistake. I am now hooked. CarryTheRock
Lucky guy! My wife goes out of her way to make sure she isn't buying something spicy. I'm a Mexican food freak!

Footballjoe
Lucky guy! My wife goes out of her way to make sure she isn't buying something spicy. I'm a Mexican food freak! Maybe thats her way of trying to get you to do more cooking. When my wife wants me to do a repair around the house that I have been putting off she'll say something like "If it isn't done in a week I am going to call somebody." Or if she really wants to get my goat she'll say "professional" instead of someone. Keep in mind I have a Handyman business. I am one to her but it still works because I hate spending money. CarryTheRock
Choriso in scrambled eggs is the bomb. I grew up with my mom making that. About two years ago I began using Choriso in Chili and never went back. I don't like it without now.
Azazello1313
i like to make them with just a tiny bit of garlic, tabasco, a bit of milk, white pepper, and some melted mild cheese, like monterrey jack.
Bier Meister
i strongly dislike eggs, but for scrambled eggs, melting cream cheese in. and adding herb. is a quick, easy one....
sundaynfl
Sounds like Waffle House scrambled cheesy eggs with a kick! Sometimes, I like to add a little spicy mustard to my scrambled eggs. The wife always complains that I can't even keep my eggs simple, it's a good way to clean out the fridge... depending on whats in there! Salami and bologna are my favs. I'll even dice up hot dogs if I have an extra or two in the fridge. My all-time favorite breakfast food is a fried egg samich with cheese on a fresh kaiser roll. CarryTheRock
I enjoy some eggs scrambled in with fried potatos, onion, green pepper, and either chorizon/bacon/ sausage (whatever meat is around). Egg sandwich with mirclewhip and cheese is an old family favorite. The wife, who doesn't cook much and this is a stretch for her, will throw in some cottege cheese. Clubfoothead
Egg junk: Fry up some hashbrowns by the instructions. Cook some sausage links and slice them up. I suppose you could use any breakfast meat. Scramble some eggs. Dice some chives. Slice some velveeta. When the hashbrowns are almost done, pour on the scrambled eggs and stir it all up. Add the sausage and cheese. Cook until cheese melts, throw on the chives.

You're not alone. My 13 year old can wear my shoes. I don't get it. If my dad (grandpa) wears a size 9 and I wear a size 11 (dad) and the kid wears a size 11 at 13 years old, will my grandchildren have platforms attached to their ankles? Kid Cid
I'll usually just knock out some scrambled eggs and put Sriracha on them but on weekends (although notibly less often now that my doc is bitching about my cholesterol) I'll do what I call Sea Eggs. It's my twist on Eggs Benedict. Toast an English Muffin. Put down a layer of smoked salmon on the muffin. Nova lox isn't quite strong enough for this. Next put a poached egg on top then cover with holandaise sauce. Top with a dollop of caviar.

Kid Cid
Sounds low in cholesterol. I also tell my doc to SUPERCALIFRAGILISTICEXPIALIDOCIOUS !!! off on a pretty regular basis. He's a pill pusher and I refuse to live as a slave to the pharmaceutical companies. Besides, I did say I do it less often now.
