MojoMan Posted February 10, 2007 Share Posted February 10, 2007 As some of you may remember from a post detlef made a few months ago, I visited MiniBar, one of these molecular gastronomy places with a 30+ item tasting menu. They had some interesting dishes where they were able to take a liquid and make a thin gumdrop-textured shell around it. So, you could have a semi-solid mojito or whiskey sour. detlef knows all about this stuff. Anyway, this website sells the necessary chemicals. http://www.willpowder.net/ I might check it out.
