Most cellular providers have a form of mobile web. You can access espn.com, fox sports and many other sites that way too. It is only usually like 5.00/mth to add the feature. I'd suggest Verizon w/ V-Cast, or you could always go with an expensive Cingular PDA phone and then purchase slingbox (also really expensive). With slingbox you can watch live tv on your cell phone, however, only if you have a smart phone, or PDA. It's gotta be able to run on Mobile Windows.
