Moynahan is pregnant and claims Brady is the father. Brady has moved on and is now doinking super-model Gisele Bundchen. Hope you stashed some signing bonus away, there, Tommy. From what little I know, it sounds like Brady dumped her because she wanted to have children. If they were dating for two years, perhaps there's a chance for reconciliation. Hopefully having a child will convince him to change his mind. thats pretty much how their split was portrayed...a strain caused by the desire to have children...probably true...shes around 36 or something, i think....and she might be feeling the pressure... now i hate to say this..because i dont know either of them personally...and im sure some will think im just sticking up for my boy...but this situation seems a bit strange...seeing as how thats all weve heard about...toms desire to not have children right now....could this be a trap move by an aging b list actress who just had her recent tv show canceled? It's certainly possible that she's either lying about who the father is or that she intentionally didn't take her birth control. You do know that out-of-welock births in this country are at an all-time high (around 40 percent), while teen birth rates are at a historical low, right? (meaning, this isn't all because of teens or minorities) A link from one story from a quick google if you didn't: The Daily DMD Obivously I'm no expert, but based on the people I know -- and this is mostly in the conservative midwest -- I would say there are two strong emerging trends in giving birth, especially with childless older women: 1. They don't feel they need a father around to raise it or even financially support it; 2. They want to have a c-section so their butts don't get too big or their hoo-has don't get too stretched out for future male compainionship. Okay, that sounds a little cynical, but I personally know three women right now, all in their 30s, all pregnant, none of them plan to get married or change their lives in any way outside of taking 12 weeks of FMLA leave from their work. The fathers are there and want to marry, too -- the women just want a kid, not a husband, and they don't see a problem with that. I know of at least two other women who have adopted foreign kids under the same circumstances. We can comfort ourselves with the idea that a child needs a father, but I'd say a lot of women don't necessarily agree with that, and their numbers are growing quickly. The times they are a changin'.
