Swampnuts
This dude is a complete joke. How he still has his job is beyond me. That said, I wouldn't fault the Lions one bit if they drafted Calvin Johnson. I think he's a can't miss, and paired with Roy Williams they could be pretty dam impressive. When Jones was healthy, the offense actually looked scary... Roy Williams in my opinion is the best deep threat in the league, Jones proved to be extremley versitile, and Furrey looked to be a damned good possession receiver. I have never said the following words... I think the Lions are finally righting the ship.

piratesownninjas
I probably wrong... I know... I just like the pieces that they are putting in place. The only problem i'd have with Calvin Johnson in Detroit is the fact that he can't block a defensive end, which is something they seriously need. Since when does being able to block have anything at all to do with being a Lions offensive player?

piratesownninjas
Like what? Kevin Jones, Roy WIlliams, Mike Furrey, Jon Kitna. Skill position players. Rodgers and Redding are going to be massive as well. I'm not saying playoffs, nor an 8-8 record... Im thinking 6-10, 7-9...
isleseeya
Joe thomas probably makes the most sense ..and that is exactly why lions Won't draft him

Millen is an absolute idiot, but no one is that dumb... Don't hold me to that last comment.
