The Wolf
If this trade happens it blows up in GB's face next season when Favre is retired and Joey Harrington is the starting QB. Oh, Moss will be sooooo happy....
rhino
Why is GB in such a gander to sign Randy Moss? I can't see WRs being a weakness there, with Donald Driver and Greg Jennings. What am I missing?
Randall
If this trade happens it blows up in GB's face next season when Favre is retired and Mike Vick is the starting QB. Oh, Moss will be sooooo happy.... Fixed. Rumors to get Tampa to think Oakland wants Calvin Johnson. I don't think they'll fall for it. Caveman_Nick
if this did happen it would shake up every mock draft in the country. Can you say Calvin Johnson? Or a trade down for extra picks?

Bill Swerski
If the Raiders turn down that offer, GB can up the ante with some eyeblack and a couple of used jockstraps.

I hope the Raiders try and get a 3rd or something out of this as well, then take the offer... I still think Aaron Rodgers has talent, and even if he doesn't he and Walter can both compete for the starting job AND there won't be any hesitation to taking CJ2 after getting Rodgers. Outshined
I don't think Moss would be a good fit outdoors in the cold? I just don't think he would have the speed to break away from defenders like he once did. Although I would like to see him go to Green Bay just to watch him play for the Fans who hated his guts. He will catch his 1st TD, jump in the stands and they will probably punch him...

I think that the Raiders can get a hell of a lot more than an injury-prone, first-round bust for Moss. If I were Davis, I'd ask for Greg Jennings or Driver and a fifth-round pick. irish
Hey Pope, what do you think about this development. Legit? If not Sgt. is just advertising for ESPN, right? If it's wrong I'll never watch ESPN, go on their Website, listen to their radio broadcast, etc.

Pope Flick
Hey Pope, what do you think about this development. Legit? If not Sgt. is just advertising for ESPN, right? If it's wrong I'll never watch ESPN, go on their Website, listen to their radio broadcast, etc. If ESPN had something like a 9 to 1 ratio of things (being charitable) that never happen that they report, I'd be right there with you. They are a little better than that. easy example: Last year at this time PFT was saying that Brady Quinn was gong to be ruled ineligible for his senior season because of violations regarding an agent he 'supposedly' contacted. It wasn't even a 'rumor' to them it was about to go down. Now, don't you have an 8 ounce animal to go kill like a teenager?

I may be wrong but I think this is an attempt to make Tampa believe Oakland wants Calvin to force a trade. I don't think they want Rogers. Either way, the Raiders are trying to make something happen rather than just sit around like the past two offseasons. So that's a plus I guess... irish
Now, don't you have an 8 ounce animal to go kill like a teenager? Too late. Already bagged 'em and put 'em out for garbage last night. Oh and I saved some on the side so H8 could have it for dinner. Edited March 6, 2007 by irish
