PantherDave
Any chance of some March Madness From the CrockPot recipes? Will do, but can we let the Hearty Pork Beer Harvest Stew I posted for Savage cover this weekend? I'm slammed right now, but if I can I'll post one of those quick 5 ingredient ones. frenzal rhomb
Ok then here it is - I usually double cause it actually freezes well but here is single recipe 1 pkg noodles, cooked (8 oz) 1 can corned beef 3.5 cups sauerkraut 6 slices American Cheese 16 oz sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 6 slices swiss cheese In a buttered (I dont butter) 4 quart crock, layer half the noodles, half the meat, all the kraut, all the american cheese. Mix the sour cream and chicken soup together. Layer half the soup mix on top of american cheese. repeat first process but use swiss this time (cheese on top of the soup in the second layer) - you will have used all kraut in first layer. Cook high for two hours so that it bubbles well. Turn down to low for two hours. Stir before serving to mix layers together. Warning: its pretty rich tasting. Advice - have a few beers while it cooks.
