Big Country Posted April 5, 2007 Share Posted April 5, 2007 Okay... bought some chorizo at the store last weekend, planning on putting it in some eggs for breakfast one day.. hasn't happened yet, and as my wife does not care for chorizo, and I am sure my son won't eat much if any of it, what are some other things I can do with it? Rovers Posted April 5, 2007 Share Posted April 5, 2007 Makes for a great soft or hard taco meat... good on nachos too. I like to slice some up, and put one slice each on flat oversized nachos chips. Top with cheese, a slice of jalapeno and then some finely sliced green onion after it comes out of the oven. Some salsa, sour cream and guacamole on the side. Not something your likely going to make a batch of by yourself though... Like rovers said, tacos. I like it in enchiladas. Chorizo would be good on cereal if you ask me.
