xMRogers
I'm still waiting for that year i say "whoa, tough schedule" - just seems we keep matching up with the NFC conf that is down the most as that rotates around One Monday nighter, three Sunday nighter's as of now (that Philly/NO game I can see possibly ending up on Sun night assuming that flex schedule is still being used) My normal prediction of 16-0 is valid. One tough 5 game stretch near the end with 5 playoff teams, three on the road. Do have a great oppty to get out of the gates real strong and have the bye week before a semi-tough 4 game stretch. i_am_the_swammi
Should be yet another reasonable shot at 10-11 wins...and you are right, the NFC is doing us a favor by giving the East the easiest intra-conference match-ups...I think I'd rather play the North than any of the other divisions at this point. The part I like best is that the Birds don't need to get on a plane for almost two months! They'll get back from the Green Bay operner on September 9th, and not have to travel further than 90 miles until October 27th. Then after that trip to Minnesota, for Week 8, they don't have to travel far again until New England (1 hour) on November 25th! Then home for two more, then finally a real roadtrip to Dallas mid-December. That is a huge break in keeping the team fresh through the 2/3rds of the season. Compared to what Seattle, Denver, Dallas, San Diego, etc. have to endure travel-wise, it should be a solid advantage. 10-6 again...
xMRogers
You have them at 3-3 in division (road losses/home wins) - can't see it. Other than the "year I refuse to remember" they have torn up the East. I really do believe they should go 13-3 with this sched - being matched up with the NFC north is just lucky...AFC east isn't a cakewalk, but I could see 3-1 there, 5-1 in division, and 5-1 rest of NFC

i_am_the_swammi
3-13 I think you meant to post on the Steelers thread. BTW, they look no better than 8-8 yet again.

Sooner or later we'll have an even split. I seriously see anywhere from 10-6 - 13-3 with this schedule.

Nice link...very pretty ring. But I was bummed....I thought it was a link to the sig line you proudly wore for the final seven weeks of the season/post-season last year. Just as I'm sure your team has won lots of rings........err, nevermind.
TDFFFreak
The second half of the schedule is potentially brutal though... @ the Pats, @ New Orleans, @ the Cowboys plus the Giants and Seattle? Seems like a tough finish to me, but I agree with those who are happy that we get to play the NFC North (besides the Bears).

xMRogers
10-6 and are a WC. Holy crap - he11 has frozen over. Sarge has actually predicted a winning record and playoff berth for the Eagles....we may go 16-

Agree 100%. And they are the Wildcard because Dallas finishes 11-5. The Dec. 16th game will be sweet as that's when we'll lock it up!!! fitzkek
11-5 and division champs. Cowboys go 10-6 and win wild card. They then lose said wild card game b/c Romo drops a hold on a FG attempt. Oh wait....that already happened.
