CaP'N GRuNGe
Need is at WR here, but none probably rank this high a pick. Could see a trade down with someone like Buffalo who would like to take Adrian Peterson. Need is also at DE. So if they stay in the spot it should be either Adrian Peterson (BPA maybe?) or Jaamal Anderson. Because Childress is such a "good person first then good player" type of guy and has stated you build a team with the lines first, I'll go with: Jaamal Anderson

piratesownninjas
AD is the sexy pick here, but with so many holes in the secondary, lb's, wr's, and qb's, why would they draft someone to split time with there best offensive weapon?

Because DB, LB and WR are somewhat deep this year? Because Childress doesn't want to give up on Jackson at QB? Because Peterson is sexy and the best talent available? I also agree they would likely trade the pick. I think the whole thing about getting another back to split carries with Taylor is a smokescreen. A pretty good one, albeit. I think the whole thing about getting another back to split carries with Taylor is a smokescreen. A pretty good one, albeit. I think trading the pick is a big time possibility. I think the way these consensus mocks have gone in the past is that we make this pick based more on the spot, not the team. Gaines Adams would be a shoo-in if he were available. I could see them opting for Anderson in his stead... or going for best available in AP. A few more picks for AP and we'll move on.
