peteteacher2001
Tried this with the girlfriend earlier this week on some NY Strips 1/3 cup gorganzola 1/3 cup philly cream cheese onion and chive flavor 1/3 cup butter fold all together really well, mold, and cut sections and put on steak, WOW!!!! Real simple way to zip up a cheaper steak too.

untateve
I find gorgonzola too strong a taste on steak...it seems to overpower it. On occasion, I'll make up some garlic butter and let that melt over a steak. typically, no sauce...just some salt and fresh cracked pepper prior to grilling. I love to take fresh cracked peppercorns and mash them into the steak before grilling with some good kosher and/or sea salt. Yummy!!

That's what I do, after I rub a little olive oil on it.
