TheGrunt
Excellent pickup by the Detroit Lions, IMO. I remember Stanton as having the HUGHEST lips of anyone I've ever seen. It appears he grew into them, but back during my freshment year of high school I think he helped beat our team 56 to 17... something like that. He's a hugh tool in person, but does have some quality quarterback skills. The Lions might have just filled the QB position of the future, however, it'll probably take a year or two before Stanton should be put into the starting role. gilthorp
He will be average at best. Not a good pick IMO.
Primetime9287
Yeah, I think every NFL player dominates in High School.
chiefjay
No, bad pick. A lot of defense they should have taken instead. Edited April 29, 2007 by chiefjay
Chavez
Yeah, I think every NFL player dominates in High School. No kidding. If a kid didn't dominate in HS, it's doubtful he made D-1 college ball, much less the NFL. My cousin played against Charles Rogers in the MI HS playoffs, and they held him to one catch.* * - for an 80 yd td.
piratesownninjas
I have recurring back problems because I was the tackle that had the job of trying to slow down Jarvis Moss.
