kpholmes
I've been to quite a few home games and sat in a lot of different places, behind the end zones, the lower deck at the 40, the second deck at the 10, the 3rd deck at the 50, really enjoyed all of them. Looking into getting some season tickets, wanted to see where everyone else loved to sit to cheer for their team?
Kansas State 2000
I sit on the 20 yard line 4th row (4th is 2nd @ Texas Stadium). I like it there because on kick offs they start right in front of you. It gives you great photo chances and you really can see the plays form. Plus the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders are right in front of you. godtomsatan
Depends on the stadium for me. University of Washington, I like being up high between the 20's. Qwest Field, I have actually enjoyed being in the end zone more than I thought I would, though I enjoy most vantage points in that facility. Ultimately, if I had to pick or choose, I might actually pick the sofa in front of my TV (unless the game is a big one).
Savage Beatings
50 yard line, 20 rows up.
Menudo
Well, if money is no issue, I'd like to be on the 50 in a luxury box. Well, I'm not a big fan of heights, so, I don't like the upper levels. Some people seem to like being up high, as they can see everything develop and all. However, I was up as high as you can get in Baltimore, and I'll never do that again. It wasn't even enjoyable. My seats that I bough this year are towards the top of the lower level at about the 30 yard line. Though I'd rather be at the 50, I look forward to watching from these seats. Pope Flick
You know - I think with today's stadiums you really don't get a bad seat. Sure low and on the 50 is great and all but endzone seats provide up close view of the many dramatic moments. For baseball I have to be behind home plate. Outfield seats blow. Goopster24
I have season tickets for the Bears on the club level, 15 rows up. It is basically a diagonal view from the pylon to the field, yet not in the endzone. It is hard to explain but here is a picture. Link I didn't know if I would like the seats when I got them but I really love them. You can really see the plays form and I can see red zone stuff on my side of the field beautifully. Kickoffs are great and I in general have a great view of the stadium and fans in general. Cannot complain! That said, like what others have said, many seats in today's stadium are great. I was actually in the nosebleeds for a year and I still loved them. The only thing I didn't was the trek it took to get to the seats! But I was still on top of the action and could see everything. Chargerz
We have seats in Loge, 11 rows up (covered from the sun and rain), 4 seats from the aisle (people walking by don't block our view), in the corner of the end zone. It's made up almost entirely of long-time season-ticket Charger fans (all good friends; no opposing team asses to contend with). I like the end zone view because it allows me to see the plays developing and the lanes opening up.

broncosn05
For baseball I have to be behind home plate. Outfield seats blow. I disagree fans are much more fun in the outfield section.
Chief Dick
There is this toilet on the lower concourse nobody knows about. Always fresh with plenty of TP and no water on the floor.

There aren't many things in life I like more than being at the stadium cheering for the Steelers. I get the chills multiple times when I go to a game. Perhaps that is because I only used to get to 1 or 2 a year, but, I absolutely love it.

Thinking about the Steelers. Dreaming about the Steelers. Whining about the Steelers. Crying about the Steelers. Naming my pets after the Steelers. Spanking my monkey thinking about the Steelers. Wallpapering my house in Steelers paper. Wiping my arse with Steeler toilet paper. Painting my house black with gold trim.

Agreed, the view is much better from your couch, but theres no feeling like being with your home crowd when your team scores a touchdown; the cheers, high-fiving people you don't even know, the intensity. You can't feel that anywhere else. Of the three home games I went to last season though, I saw 0 touchdowns...

Painting my house black with gold trim. Well..... I do talk about the Steelers a decent amount I do think about the Steelers a bit I rarely dream about the Steelers, though I have before I hardly ever wine about the Steelers. I'm much more tolerable when they are losing than winning. I've never cried about the Steelers.... I did have tears of joy when the won the Super Bowl, but that had more to do with my dad than the Steelers. I do have a dog named Bettis I've never spanked my monkey thinking about the Steelers I've never wallpapered my house in Steelers paper. The only place there's any Steeler memorabilia is in the basement, and that is a shrine. I've never wiped my arse with Steeler toilet paper. I've never painted my house black and gold. .....just thought I would clear things up for Big John.

For some reason, I like being able to see everything that the tv and replays show....... plus having my fantasy guys rolling on my laptop. I know I am in the minority, I just enjoy baseball and basketball alot more in person. When I do go to a Hawk game it seems like I am always DVR'ing the game or tryin to catch replays b/c I feel like I missed so many plays even though I was there............ cliaz
Fedex Field Section 108 row 25. We sit over the tunnel the skins run out of. I love the end zone seats. I can remember one year Terry Glenn was stretching pre-game before the cowboy/redskins game and I was all the way down in the 1st row and was like "Hey Terry please fumble for me cuz I gots to play against you." He laughed. If you could have seen the ice he had in his ear.....

Bier Meister
50 yard line, 20 rows up. this is easy. 50 yard line, 15-20 rows up. absolutely perfect. ......has to be the best seats in the house. i prefer watching at home unless it's a big game. field position and the pace of the game don't make football the best sport to watch in person. tv gives you the comfort of home (reasonable price for food and beverage, more comfortable seating, no waiting for bathrooms, sunday ticket- no commercials, better angles of plays, replay, follow leagues with computer). baseball: either behind home up 1 level (i like seeing the full field and the whole development of a play; or right on a dugout.
