My Plan........Rich Dr. friend never uses his Egg........needs a new Deck built .........HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHA When cooking Rib-Eyes, I let the coals cool a little longer, plus, I invested in a nice grill last season that has the adjustable coal pan while my grates stay put, it's great for well marbled steaks and chicked with the skin still on. Much like dropping the soap in the shower, turning one's back on the "sausages" could have unwanted consequences.
