John Brooks, an agent with Long & Foster, told the newspaper that the two-story brick house was put up for sale on Wednesday and sold the same day. Vick was asking $350,000 for the property -- less than half its assessed value of $747,000. Brooks would not reveal the sale price. " Hmm....guy donates a joke of a sum to his alum after the tragedy they incurred, then gets caught up in a dog-fighting scandal...now puts said house on market for just for half its value? Nice month the schmuck has had. Why not try to, for once, do the right thing....if taking a loss on the property is no consequence to him, why not sell it and donate everything to the SPCA?
