BeeR
In fact I'll start with several that are only one ingrediant: - Italian dressing works well with fish, generally. - So does Old Bay, if you like that kind of thing (and they sell it in your area) - Teryaki isn't amazing but can be a respectable change-up for steaks - Buffalo wing sauce, it aint just for wings. Love grilling chicken breasts w/this - Pork loin: ginger, soy sauce, and....damn I forget the last ingrediant... - Speaking of ginger, another one I heard for steaks was ginger, worchester (sp) and OJ. Sounds weird but have had and it's good - And this is kind of "cheating" and not really a marinade, but IMO McCormick's Montreal Steak and Montreal Chicken seasonings are good Others? Nadia
Marinade for beef skirt or flank steak...however you call it... It's actually quite a simple marinade - all I use is one bottle of Corona, lime juice and lots of pepper. The beer helps tenderize the beef and I'm sure you could add lots of other stuff but the thread says 3 ingredients or less.
