peteteacher2001
Just want to see who else in the fantasy world is keeping their eyes open to see what the Rams O is capable of this next year. Lots and lots of weapons for sure and a defense that will make them score over and over again. With Drew Bennett, Randy McMichael, Torry Holt, Ike Bruce, SJax, Brian Leonard(Yes I said it) I think there is a lot of room for many many points this coming year. BTW...I am tired of hearing how the Cardinals, Forty-Whiners, and Seahawks are in a three team race for the West. Thoughts? Opinions? Avernus
I like the Niners and Rams a little this year.... I think they could surprise, but if the Cardinals OL can actually manage....even mediocre blocking, watch out..
Bronco Billy
I think Linehan is going to be way too conservative given the studly ability of Jackson to run the football a ton to expect gigantic Vermeil/Martz-like O numbers in STL.
BeeR
Yeah and I think their added weapons are being overrated too. eg McMichael is about as reliable as the weather.
Seahawks21
I respect their offensive talent, but the bottom line is that the Rams just aren't very good. They make way too many big mistakes on both sides of the football, especially on defense. If they score half the points that "the show" put up I would be impressed. In what ways are they overrated? Not trying to start an argument, just would like to see your perspective.
Pope Flick
The Run n Shoot Houston Oilers were the original "Greatest Show on Turf" and were known as such at the time, even by NFL Films. Shouldn't the Rams come up with an original nickname? How soon we forget.... Then again, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. And with their D, they better put up a lot of points. kingfish247
They need to keep Bulger healthy first and foremost. If their defense improves at all, I can see his numbers dipping. The Rams were playing from behind virtually the whole season. Most of his attempts came in the second half. I understand that this seems obvious (a team is trailing they will probably pass more) but Linehan has shown a penchant for wanting to lean on the run game extensively. I had Bulger last year and there were quite a few games where he barely had 100-150yds by the middle/end of the 3rd quarter but ended the game with a solid 250-300yds. If anything McMichael is a liability, he's got bricks for hands and isn't an outstanding blocking TE by any means.
piratesownninjas
Jackson couldnt hold Faulks jock. Holt and Bruce are not what they used to be. I wouldnt say the return.
