How in the hell does someone who is in a position to earn millions of dollars playing a game he loves, and knowing that he's already under the microscope of a new commish who is enforcing behavior rules zealously, put himself in a position to be banned from the game for an extended period of time to possibly never playing again? Okay, so how does someone not care that much about their own & their family's financial security being assured for the next century or so simply by putting 5-10 years into playing football? The trade off is seemingly so simple. Is his decision making process that stunted that he can't see beyond get his jag on that day? It doesn't matter whether it's hundreds of thousands or millions. It's more than they've ever thought of having and they're still hanging wit da boys.
