Havent Chris Henry's legal problems been less significant... As in he was a dumbass for driving without a license, giving booze to minors where as Nicholson beats up women? AJ was first to be arrested again in the Goodell era. HE was also not a contributor to the team, so why would you even think of keeping him? Not saying you should keep Henry, just that you don't even bother considering a scrub. That's a very damaging thing to accuse someone of. However, cutting him isn't putting him in jail. They don't need him around anyways. As for Chris Henry and Odell Thurman, I'm guessing that the Bengals give them a shot to return as long as there is not one more incident. At the first incident, I'm betting they are gone.
