CaptainHook Posted June 15, 2007 Author Share Posted June 15, 2007 let's not rate him too high, never been to a Pro Bowl, not that great in coverage, and the only reason the Jags put the franchise tag on him was that at the time, it wasn't too expensive to franchise a safety. That may be, especially at the beginning of the season. But the way Gattis plays in the box, it wouldn't surpise me in the least to see JAX finish the season with Gattis at SS & Nelson at FS.
