wiegie
I'm drinking a 2003 Bandol Cathedra (don't bother googling it, you won't find it--it's basically a cooperative wine that you can buy in Provence supermarkets for under $10 euros--don't worry, I brought back some good wine too) that we brought back from Provence over the summer and it is really nice. As those of you who pay attention know, I'm don't have that great of an ability to discern many aromas from wine, but the main aroma that I am getting from this wine is all-spice. It also has some nice tannis to go along with it. Anybody have any other Mourvèdre wines that they would like to suggest.
Azazello1313
you can get some good, cheap monastrells (either the same or very, very similar to mourvedre) out of spain, particularly the jumilla region.
