The Wolf
Curtis Martin is all that is right with a pro athlete: a competitive player, classy person, fantastic human being. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2947121
Bill Swerski
I'd be really disappointed if he isn't eventually enshrined in Canton. Dude was incredibly consistent and tough, and a great teammate and human being to boot.

Fantasy Jesus
Classy Never complained Never got into trouble Always showed up for work Played hurt Reworked his contract a few times to help the Jets Gave the Jets an identity and a chance to win With some of the scum being employed by the NFL today players like CuMar will be sorely missed by the NFL. Dude was incredibly consistent and tough, and a great teammate and human being to boot. I don't see how it would be possible for him not to be in the HOF. 1000 yards in his first 10 seasons? Only Barry Sanders did that otherwise. JMO, there's a 0% chance he won't make it.

But, yeah, I basically agree with you.

When you're consistent like this it doesn't really matter. There's no way he's excluded. http://www.profootballhof.com/hof/release....release_id=1984
Vet
First ballot HOF. Best player the Jets have ever had, and a class act all around. I hope he stays on as a RB coach or in some other capacity. I heard an interview with Mangini yesterday and he said Curtis will continue to be present in camp and will be part of the organization, but he didn't elaborate on what role he would play.
