Chief Dick
only politics involve gas vs charcoal Now, now. Don't get me started on hanger steak vs. top sirloin.
nogohawk
Sat. night was the first time I used Mesquite wood chucks along with the charcoal - soaked 'em for about 1/2 hour and added them to lit charcoal - had to keep dowsing them with water. Best Delmonicos I've ever made - IMHO! Again - thanks to all the fellow Huddlers for the advice! Also had a nice 2002 Sterling SVR - decanted for 1 hour - what a wonderful meal. We also were going to grill some Asparagus, but ran out of effort Maybe next time.
