Draft Day Chix Marinade

So I'm hosting 3 drafts at my house in 2 weeks. The Shiekette and I have decided to feed everyone as cheap as possible this year while still making the food good. We've decided on strombolis (we have a case of them in the freezer that a friend unloaded on us for free), pasta salad, and chicken thights and drumsticks ($.59 a pound this week at the ShopRite). So, not including Italian salad dressing, anyone got any cheap and easy ideas for a chicken marinade? I'm probably going to do one batch in Lawry's Tequila Lime marinade and another in some Goya Chipotle Mojo. Any other ideas or recipies?

cheers!

Thanks. I did find both of those threads a few days ago (after getting off my arse and searching). I decided to try turning a simple BBQ dry rub into a marinade by combining brown sugar, paprika, garlic and a little chili powder with EVOO and marinade the chicken in that. Tried a few pieces on the grill a few days ago and it was pretty good. Should be like a feast for the savages that usually show up to my drafts. Last year I fed them a crappy dumbed down lasagna with all the good stuff taken out and they raved. Suckas. . .

Thanks again BM. . .strong work.
