Does the NFL policy on player conduct result in double jeopardy? definition I realize that the court system isn't charging for the same crime, but should players continue to get punished after they've done their time? Are players being charged twice for the same crime? Should players continue to be punished by the NFL after doing their time in the legal system? Totally different...no one is going to send Vick to jail after he serves his time (unless he is dumb enough to do dog fighting again after)...
