armchairwarrior
Sure it's only pre-season but as SD #1 WR he certainly looked the part last night. With Gates and LT getting all the attention its realistic he could approach 1000/10.

Brentastic
Tough schedule - he will come back down to reality when the games actually mean something.

Now could it happen yes, but do a reality check and you find it hard to believe for instance that the 6 yard TD catch wouldn't have been LT waltzing into the endzone. And it was Arizona
muck
LT and Gates are special players. VJ may or may not be a special player. Regardless, LT needs fewer touches to preserve his career ... and getting VJ (or anyone not already named Gates) 5 receptions a week (80 for the season) would go a long way to preserving LT for the next four or five years. I agree. I could live with him as my (gulp) #2 if I could get him 6th round or so. In the three drafts I've been in so far he has not lasted that long. I wish he'd sit his butt down now so people will forget him a little bit.
