He is still on the PUP list recovering from the ACL he tore in the AFC Championship game. Last week it was reported that he was walking through the locker room without a limp or brace on and that his rehab might actually be ahead of schedule. That said there is zero chance of him being on the 53 man roster. He will be PUP and after 6 weeks if the Pats do not have any WR injuries he will be placed on IR.
