HowboutthemCowboys
I've always done babybacks. My wife came home from the store tonight with spareribs that she bought by mistake. I smoke the 'backs at 215-225 for about 5-6 hours. will I need to leave these in longer? They're about 3 1/2 lb. racks. Thanks guys and enjoy the holiday! twiley
You're fine - 225 for about 6 hours or when the meat is pulled away about a quarter of the way from the bone.

You may want to allot an extra hour or two to the cooking time.
