CaptainHook
I really have no idea what to do with him this week. No pre-season games, very few reps with Brady, no idea how he will be used in the game. And I have a feeling it's gonna be like this every week. WHY DID I DRAFT HIM???? Avernus
I would play him....if anyone can build chemistry on the fly it's Brady... all he needs is to throw a bomb to Moss if he gets man coverage...

I'm in the same boat as you...but I'm gonna pull the trigger and start him. The hope is that he and Brady both have enough talent that they don't need the pre-season to develop chemistry(and we watch it develop right before our eyes this week). Maybe it's just dreaming......... I don't, however, see this being an every week situation. Either it works or it won't, and Moss will become a benchwarmer on my team. Thews40
In a non-PPR league you have to play him. With a PPR league you may have better options. Moss has great hands and scores TD’s. IMO he won’t have big re/yard numbers but will score TD’s. If you were an executive in NE Patriots organization wouldn’t you want him to score a TD? Think about it… they invested heavily in him and want him to do well. PS - I'm biased and have him in two non-PPR leagues. muck
He's my fourth WR in a league where we start four WRs. I think I'll start him over Reggie Brown or Vincent Jackson (my fifth and sixth WRs).
piratesownninjas
This is kind of like the Portis knee injury that magically healed after pre season... He's fine, he just didn't want to play in the pre-season.

muck
Moss as a 4th WR.... Thews is that you? Chad Johnson / Torry Holt / Marques Colston / Randy Moss / Reggie Brown / Vincent Jackson / other guys ...it's a salary cap contract league and we're in our third year. I traded Javon Walker (and his $40+ salary) for Randy Moss (and his $17 salary) straight up about two weeks ago.
AtomicCEO
He's had so few reps in the offense, I can't imagine they will feature him. I'm starting Reggie Brown and Deion Branch over him. Of course, I'm only playing Caveman Nick, so I'm not that nervous about the decision.

Winks
WHy do you guys so adamantly insist Moss will be hurt by his lack of reps when LJ is in the same situation and no one questions him starting?
ROYALWITCHEESE
WHy do you guys so adamantly insist Moss will be hurt by his lack of reps when LJ is in the same situation and no one questions him starting? Because he is Randy Moss aka the lightning rod for criticizm.
CaptainHook
or it might be because Randy hasn't actually "produced" for a couple years now. LJ has. . .
AtomicCEO
WHy do you guys so adamantly insist Moss will be hurt by his lack of reps when LJ is in the same situation and no one questions him starting?
