Can you draft any defensive position or is it only LB, CB or what?

Do you still draft a team Defense/ST?

What is scoring like, how many points for what events?

Is this a tough thing to add to a league?

Do most leagues add another draft round and roster spot?

Any info would be very welcome. Thanks!!!

There are alot of different configurations to the IDP format. Some are rather simple like having just 3 players from the other side of the ball. Say 1 def lineman, 1 LB, 1 DB. Then there are very complex IDP leagues where you draft every position throughout the def. I have not played in an IDP league where a team DST is also employed but have heard of them.

Probably the best thing to do is look at a few IDP league scoring systems and look at there rules as far as roster requirements go. I will provide you a couple of links to ones that I play in and you can look them over.

You want to have a league full of dedicated owners if you are going to go the IDP route as it takes much more time and dedication to run an IDP team.

A fairly standard IDP Dynasty league

Very complex league. Dynasty

16 team redraft with strict roster limitations

These are a few. They get far more complex when you start looking at leagues like Dynasty Wars and General managers exp.

This is the best I have to offer but i know there are plenty of guys here with alot of IDP history that will be able to add more!
