billay
Kosher salt, pepper, herbs de provence, olive oil. Let in sit, covered in the fridge for an hour or so.
Sugar Magnolia
real simple.... lay some fresh thyme, and rosemary on it... then some lemon slices I do this sans the thyme. I find it best wrapped in foil to stay moist.

nhoops
Ended up going with a brush of OV, little salt and pepper, and garlic and fresh lemon rubbed on. Sprinkled with dill. Pretty durn good. Nice! We do it a bunch of ways....one of our favs is to coat with a blend of penzy spices (Northwoods, Cayanne, paprika, dash salt....pbly missing something) and bake in oven, with 5 min left take out and brush with pure maple syrup and finish cooking. It gives it that spicey/sweet combo. Have tried it on the grill but not as good since you lose some of the spices and syrup.
polksalet
My propane can ran empty recently so I pan fried it with slap ya mama hot on it. I was impressed how good it turned out.
