Trainer_Phil Posted September 17, 2007 Share Posted September 17, 2007 According to local reports Frank Gore's knee and lower leg were examined on the sideline by the medical staff during the fourth quarter, but he was cleared to return to the field and he finished up the game. He was seen limping after the game, but the 49ers don't appear to be too concerned. Obviously he will be examined sometime tomorrow and we should know more about his status then. But don't freak out just yet guys. This does not appear to be a serious injury. I'll have a full update in my Week 3 Training Room report on Tuesday morning.
