Lost
What is the deal with McNabb. Is he that rusty? I know Washington Def looks good tonight, but that is just on the surface. Look how many times McNabb has overthrown his receivers. Sorry had to vent to someone. My dogs weren't responding to me. RokoMotion
I absolutely wasted a fourth round pick on him. Shame on me.
ebartender
#1 - When hasn't McNabb had a problem over or under throwing his receivers? #2 - He is coming off a pretty bad knee injury. #3 - Other then Westbrook he doesn't really have a solid offensive weapon. splotchman
I think McNabb has Akers on his fantasy team.

splotchman
Exactly. Maybe they can still get Freddie Mitchell back?
hooknladder
does'nt seem like he can throw an accurate deep ball.

piratesownninjas
does'nt seem like he can throw an accurate deep ball. In the past he's had the luxury of chunking it to TO or Stallworth. The deep ball is significantly easier if you have one of the all time greats or a speed demon out there. Curtis and Brown are spare.
Gunther
#2 - He is coming off a pretty bad knee injury. Every time McNabb starts to run with the ball I can't help but grimace and hope he doesn't end up messing up his knee again..
irish
I just won my game on this last drive. But I needed that completed pass after he almost threw the pick.

He's not even close to the 80% like he said he was... If anything, my respect for him is gaining. I can't believe the trash that is actually booing him. CD6405
He still is getting you more points than Rex Grossman. This is what I said during my draft when someone drafted Grossman: "If I were you, I'd draft Vick over Grossman. Atleast then you know Vick will never get you negative points in a game." So consider so far, with McNabb it's not that bad. He will get better...it's only the second week after major surgery. He will be cut next offseason though like Trotter. gd74
Or not run off TO, or maybe Philly should have paid Stallworth... TO I understand...but why would you pay a guy who never completes a full season......Stallworth sucks because he is hurt so often....they should of gone out and gotten someone...or maybe not waste their first round pick on a backup qb

He provides a deep threat that you just don't get from Kevin Curtis. You have a point for sure with the wasting of a first round pick. +1. If ever a city deserved to live in permanent championshiplessness, it's Philadelphia. McNabb should have a lot longer leash than what the fans are giving him. I'm surprised they didn't boo Dawkins when he was injured...

TDFFFreak
He looked awful with the exception of the last drive or two and even then couldn't finish it. The realization is setting in that the Eagles are a below average football team right now and if McNabb continues like this, they'll offcially be competing with the Giants for the cellar of the NFC East.
