I just wanted to point out that the top ranked HC's from last season(Mangini and Payton) are now tied with McCarthy. And Kubiak is now tied with Linnehan. Easy n Dirty Posted September 19, 2007 Share Posted September 19, 2007 I don't know that much about McCarthy and he's probably a very good coach, but I'm thrilled to have Mangini coaching the Jets. The 10-6 record last year was partially a function of a very very generous schedule, and they will likely take a step backwards this year in terms of won-loss record (although their next 4 opponents are all 0-2), but overall I think he's gonna' be a very succesful coach and for a long time as well.
