Fantasy Jesus
Rotoworld: Brian Westbrook will have his injured knee re-examined by the Eagles medical staff and will undergo an MRI later Wednesday. The Eagles termed the injury a "strain" initially, but Westbrook's history of knee issues makes it a concern. Westbrook won't practice Wednesday. Randall
This is the first year I've had him but I remember last year. Whenever he gets one he explodes on the field.
Easy n Dirty
I cut Tony Hunt in one league last week. Mistake?
Randall
I cut Tony Hunt in one league last week. Mistake? He hasn't been used much yet and Buckhalter would get carries first.
ReturnToSender
Personally, I think there is nothing to fear. Unless I see Westy being carted off the field and in the Hospital do I fear the worst. At this point, I think they just take no chances with him. He "tweaked it" and then he came right back in. He has played through more injuries in his career, they just choose to report them all the time, maybe a lot of teams just don't. At least I pray it's this way this time, 2-0 also with great match ups!
cre8tiff
Thank you for reminding me why I didn't draft him. Ahhhh, calmness...
Cowboyz1
Can't say I didn't warn you.............Knees just don't get better. Westbrooks goes down then Philly crumbles completely.....This is going to be a great year............
Tega
Tony Hunt ran so well in the preseason. I'm surprised they really haven't used him the past 2 weeks. I know it was just "preseason," but they kept saying how they love how Tony Hunt runs, "His legs keep moving." So the majority of you think it would be Buchalter that would get the carries over Tony Hunt if Westbrook had be out a few weeks???

Brownsfan420
FWIW, I think Tony Hunt was inactive last week. Buckhalter would be the man in Westbrook's stead.
policyvote
I've owned Westy for several years, and I'm not concerned until he actually starts missing playing time. All my Westbrook dynasty league owners say HEEEEEEEY! Peace policy Edited September 20, 2007 by policyvote

Venus
This is my first year with Westbrook. I've already got Andre Johnson down. Can't afford him out too.
Locness_Monster
He's like Hyman Roth from The Godfather Part 2: "He's been dying for 25 years now." Westbrook is "hurt" every week, only to come out and put up 150 total yards.
twiley
Same thing as last year. I'm not worried, I have Buckhalter and Hunt on my roster. Westy will probably go for 160 total with 2 TDs now. He'll be fine.

Seahawks21
I just read him being tabbed as "doubtful" which is actually quite alarming. I'm just used to him being "questionable" every week for the last three years.

I'm just used to him being "questionable" every week for the last three years. Yeah I just hit the panic button and traded for DeShaun Wynn in above dynasty league (Dynasty Wars). If Westy goes down, I'm starting the DeShauns Wynn & Foster. Peace policy
Easy n Dirty
I just read him being tabbed as "doubtful" which is actually quite alarming. I'm just used to him being "questionable" every week for the last three years. I don't understand this - NFL changed its Injury Reporting process this year, so the old classifications of Doubtful, Questionable, Probable, etc. are not assigned until Friday's report. The reports that came out from the teams yesterday include new categories, stuff like Did Not Participate in Practice, Limited Participation in Practice, etc. So technically speaking, Westbrook could not be listed as Doubtful at this juncture. He is listed on the Wednesday report as Did Not Participate in Practice, and I know if you look at MFL, they have decided to translate that classification as Doubtful, so Westbrook would appear as Doubtful on MFL - but really that only means he didn't practice on Wednesday.
