msaint
Much like Bush, this guy was an early pick especially in PPR leagues. So, while you shouldn't be selling him low, should we non-MJD owners be going after him to buy low? My gut says yes, as the Jags running game has to come around at some point (I think). Discuss.... Hat Trick
I've thought about it, but I'm not going to take a risk on him. You have a new off coord, and he's not done much, whcih could lead to pattern. Sophomore slump?

msaint
agreed....i never thought he was a 1st or 2nd rounder. both he and reggie were early-mid round picks (6-9ish) in PPR leagues. amazing how far their stock has fallen in 2 weeks. Perchoutofwater
I still like MJD better than Bush, and would take a chance on him if I could get him cheap. I still see him ending the season as a top 20 RB in PPR leagues.

Bush has laid 2 eggs in a row but he is still averaging over 10 points a game due to receptions.
H8tank
Garrard has thrown a score in both games this year and averaged 235 yards, plus no picks. As the passing game improves, so does the running game.
STL Fan
The other wild card here continues to be Fragile Fred. Look at the carries and the stats and he and MJD are definitely in a 50/50 RBBC situation there as long as Fragile stays healthy. I think MJD was overvalued for a RBBC guy from the beginning. I know a lot of his production last year was in this same RBBC situation, but Fragile wasn't 100% last year. JMO
Avernus
I didn't know what the big deal was except for 16 TD's... but I started to look at the other available RB's and thought he would be a good pick... especially in the Huddle draft where I would have gone WR had I made myself more aware of the type of draft we were having... I snagged him in the 4th round in my local as well and would definitely buy low on MJD right now...

I agree here, it can't get worse than his production so far, and let's face it, Fred's going to get hurt. When he does MJD's touches nearly double. ReturnToSender
You can call him Fragile all you want, Fred really doesn't miss that many games, dump him, or better yet, wait till he has a respectable game, then dump him. RBBCs suck, learn, and don't repeat the mistake again.
Easy n Dirty
Over his last 5 seasons, Fred Taylor has started 72 games - that's over 14 per season. He's not that fragile. And he signed an extension this past offseason for 3 years, $23 million. MJD was grossly overrated on draft day, IMO - and even after two poor weeks, I still doubt you could get him without overpaying. I thought both posters above who were able to move MJD committed highway robbery, good for them.
