PiePuncher
Will this be the week that he finally breaks out of his slump or is there no end in sight?
cre8tiff
Since I just dropped him for Curtis, I would say the odds are very good he will go for 200, 5 scores.
CaptainHook
1 catch. 7 yards.
satelliteoflovegm
1 catch. 7 yards. He should get at least five times that
ElwayFan2007
IF and only IF Jim Kelly comes back to the BILLS, then will Lee Evans have a productive week So send out your petitions to Bring Back Jim!
loaf
I don't know. Backup QBs always like to throw to their practice squad mates. Pick up Josh Reed

loaf
Anderson played in 5 games last year and started
Sturphy
Evans: 240 / 3 (please please please)
loaf
though I do see from looking over the game play by play that Lee Evans was the target of 6 incompletions. By far the most of anyone on the team.
Brentastic
Anderson played in 5 games last year and started 3 Yup and Anderson/Frye were splitting first team reps all pre-season. I agree with you, backup QBs, especially that first game, love to throw to their go-to-practice-squad-guy.
satelliteoflovegm
They also like to throw to the best player on the team, Evans, despite the awful start he is still an excellent WR. 'canes2004
I'm not sure who I hate more at this moment, Lee Evans or Mark Clayton. Both early round draft picks, Both hugh disappointments. Edited September 26, 2007 by 'canes2004

'canes2004
Lee Evans and Mark Clayton were both early draft picks? Evans was my 2nd WR in one league where I was RB heavy and Clayton was my 3rd WR in another. Both Top 20 pre-season rankings. Neither are top 50 at the moment. TDFFFreak
Is the "how will Evans do this week" going to be weekly thread? It makes me that he's my #1 wideout in even only one league. Edited September 26, 2007 by TDFFFreak

PiePuncher
Is the "how will Evans do this week" going to be weekly thread? It makes me that he's my #1 wideout in even only one league. If he was my #1 wideout, I would cry!! Evans has been the pits. Weekly thread, I hope not. I just figured with the jets pass coverage being so so, he could finally have a good week. Who knows, maybe this will end up being a weekly thread. Natimp
Will this be the week that he finally breaks out of his slump or is there no end in sight? Having a QB to throw the rock would really help Evans stats this week......dont count on J.P.....
Square
I'm sitting him. I've gotten better production (surprisingly) out of Chambers in MIA instead of L. Evans. Going into the year, i'd never have guessed that even my #4WR Holmes was going to outplay L. Evans. I'm not going to drop him, but it'll be a surprise if he ends up having a strong second half of the year like he did in 06.
Piranha
Prediction - 70 yards and a score. A Buffalo QB can't even throw for 200 yards lately.
Bronco Billy
Evans is about to have a hugh day. I just benched him and am starting - are you sitting down? - Ron freakin' Dayne. Yes - that Ron Dayne. Evans is almost a lock for a 200 yd, 3 TD day
