Status on Maroney?

FWIW, I'm starting Morris over Maroney this week. Like Big John said, we aren't going to get any more info than we already have. It's the price we pay for drafting a Pats player.

May have information 30 minutes before gametime, but then he may activate him and sit him on the bench too.

I've seen nothing other than The Huddles report that "he saw limited practice because of a groin injury but is expected to start." I'm curious too because I am a little thin at the number 2 RB and would put Sammy Morris in if Maroney is out or limited.

My guess would be that Maroney is fine, and that BB just gave him the day off. Remember, BB has had Tom Brady on the injury report listed as questionable for close to 60 weeks... Maybe S.K. can shine some light on this, as he always seems to know whats going on in Bawston.

The new injury report rules say that if you miss any time in a practice you can be listed as questionable. He practiced all week but just missed portions of each day. I would be shocked if this was anything serious enough to keep him out of a game since there would be no reason to actually have him practice at all if he was injured.
