Cowboyz1
Philadelphia Sports Journal 9/30/07 Mcnabb forced to seek counseling! Mcnabb thought he was sacked 47 times tonight and was taken to the locker room after he was randomly ducking, and yelling LOOK OUT, on the sidelines? As if that wasn't traumatic enough, while being consoled by teamates, Osi (a defensive linemen for the Giants) sacked Mcnabb's mom on the way to the parking lot and told her he hates her commercials and your son wears Osi aftershave............ Mcnabb became erratic and this was after the game. He was then shuttled into a green cart and driven to the closest couch, where there was a team of Psychiatrists on had. "Mcnabb is experiencing what is called Mya$$gotsackedtoomuch. We believe we can control the situation but you have to get him into a safe environment. We plan to fly him to New England for Monday Night and let him recover." We expect him to be a little skiddish for a while but he should return to normal within a fair amount of time. We plan to give him Westbrookillin once a week as soon as it becomes available again. " Dr. Sackinstien Mcnabb has taken Westbookillin before but prefers newtackles, as they are more calming and doesn't give him the runs. FishFreak
That was pretty funny stuff. This game was a rare example of jr. high school pass protection in the NFL. McNabb's lucky he didn't get hurt....yet again.
Footballjoe
I wonder if he will end up like that Rams QB some years ago who got rang up. Later in a game he hit the turf and no one was even around. Anyone remember this guy?

Chadman
McNabb seemed (rightfully so) pretty protective of his knee to me in some of those sacks/hits/hassles - I really don't think he's back all the way, seems tentative and slow to me. This from a guy who drafted him highly and bought him in an auction league, and played him weeks 1,2 & 4, and sat him in week 3 (at least on one team I did start him that week...). I am really concerned about where this team goes now, after last night...thought maybe I had a nice hookup with McNabb and Curtis moving forward, now he just seems like a weekly decision.
