Chief Dick Posted October 1, 2007 Share Posted October 1, 2007 Watched a lot of college football this weekend, and it's been awhile since I was really into it. Some things I've always wanted to see changed: 1. A player is down once his knee touches regardless of whether a defender touched him or not. Have always HATED this rule. Defense should be forced to actually make a play and not get credit when a player dives for a ball or slips on the turf. 2. Receiver only getting one foot in bounds.
