Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald is unhappy, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. The Cardinals are becoming a run-first club under new coach Ken Whisenhunt. The Cowboys could trade a first-round pick for him. The Cowboys need to get younger at the position. Terry Glenn is 33 and will miss at least half of the year with a knee injury. Terrell Owens is signed only through 2008.

Sure are alot of Fitzgerald trade rumors. I really hope he ends up in Minnesota, but lets face it, JJ would probably do what he needed to land him (they have an extra first rounder next year if need be) and he could play with Romo and that offense insteady of Jackson/Holcomb and Mr. Noodle's KAO.

That would be a tad excessive. If he goes anywhere, I'd think Minny would have a good shot to be at the head of the line since he's from here.

not really.. first of all you would save money from not having to sign two first rounders.. one most likely being top 10. second you know you are getting a player probably better than every player even coming out of the draft. he is guaranteed to be good, not a draft pick risk.

a top 10 pick, and maybe a 10 pick drop from #32 to #42 overall in the draft. I think I could handle that for Larry Fitzgerald.

I would certainly like to see Fitty tearing up the home turf. Until the Vikes get their chit together, though, the MN offense is about as attractive to a WR as spending extended time in an outhouse I would guess.

MN seems like the logical team for him to go. He was raised in Minnesota (I should know, he was in the same Youth Program as me) and he used to be the Vikings ball ball while playing at Holy Angels High School in Richfield. Also the Vikings have the cap space and an owner who wants to spend money freely and also have a need for a top flight WR.

That's my thoughts, take them as they are or follow them as the gospel; your choice.

If I was a good WR, the absolute LAST place I'd want to go is Minnesota.
