Kansas State 2000
The Eagles had 190 yards of offense against the Giants but they were penalized 132 yards and had 12 sacks for 62 yards. That leaves then minus four yards for the game. Talk about a game they should never had show up for.

Big John
The 190 yards accounted for the 62 lost yards for sacks. BTW, an error in the link, as the Eagles had 138 gross passing yards. Subtract the 62 for sacks and it is 76 net passing yards. Add the 114 net rushing yards and it is 190 net yards.
ebartender
And the sad thing is that the Eagles were still in the game for the most part. The Giants offense didn't do much either. They only has about 22 total net yards more then the Eagles. To be honest, the Giants should have crushed the Eagles they way the Eagles played that game. policyvote
But you always start your studs! Which studs? McNabb, who except for the Lions game has looked atrocious, had no one to throw to, and assesed his health at "75%" going into the season? Or Brian Westbrook, who was a game-time decision and didn't go? Perhaps you are referring to that stud, Kevin Curtis? Peace policy
