rattsass
I'm all in with the Crazy as Hell Pick of the Week. One game today. Good luck everybody!
STL Fan
So AZ is up 34-23 with around 3 minutes left and the Rams have no time outs left. The Rams drive down and score a touchdown with 13 seconds left to make the score 34-29. And what do the Rams do? Throw a damn 2-pointer to make the score 34-31 with basically no time on the clock and no timeouts and no hope of on-siding with enough time to kick a field goal and get a tie. The result, I pushed with AZ at -3 and a lot of people lost at -3.5. Brutal.
Gdawg
Won on the hook with STL. Times might be changing for ARZ, but they ain't changed that much yet Against my better judgement DID take NE less the points. Thanks Dre!!!! Also hit big time on WAS, sadly lost on HOU. Just Damn. Looking good so far. Still like GB -3 tonight. Go get 'em boys. PS On the Ravens -3 right now, -1 SD, and TB +10. Little worried about TB. Steeltown Dre
Favs:Bal Dogs: Sea, TB, Atl Tonight most likely on GB or no play. I know the stigma associated w/ West Coast coming to East Coast and playing a 1pm game. We'll see how Seattle does today. Tough day today. I went 2-3 to mark my first losing day of the season. I ended up taking the Under in the NO/Car game as it was the most value of any of my under plays. A lot of good cappers I know were hit hard, as many public plays came through. I am thankful I didn't try to chase w/ GB last night. Never chase on a SNF or MNF w/ a public favorite. Just don't do it. Seattle fell to the "West Coast coming to East Coast and playing a 1pm game" theory. Better weeks ahead. This is why you practice money management. If you make your plays in relatively similar amounts, and only play on games where you see a good chance of winning, you should be fine even w/ a few down weeks. It will happen to the best of us. Still 16-5 on the season in my plays which is 76%. We'll try to improve next weekend.
Mojo Rising
Did pretty good this week, still cant believe that TD pass and the 2-pt conversion in the Ari/STL game. Horrible way to lose a bet. Dre, what does the system say about tonights game? The only thing that pops out at me is the Over 45 with the Dal secondary not at their best and considering the Cowboys will score their usual 30+ on a young Bills defense. The line at 10.5 scares me a little, I can see a 30-21 Dallas victory. Thoughts from anybody else?

The line at 10.5 scares me a little, I can see a 30-21 Dallas victory. Thoughts from anybody else? This is a tough game tonight. The system is not showing any value in the line or O/U to make it a play. It's predicting a 9 point win for Dallas, and a totals ranging from (remember I have 4 O/U predictors) 40, 42, 45 and 48, depending on which system you look at. Considering the week I've had, I am not playing tonight. But I will pass this along, which I read elsewhere: Go against any NFL team if they have scored 30 or more points in back to back games and held their opponents to 12 or less in back to back games when they are playing a team outside their division. This has gone 12-0 since 1985. I don't really like to play random systems like this, but I'm just putting it out there. If you like that trend, you would take Buf. You also have another trend working against Buf, which is the home dog heading into a bye. For whatever reason, as I posted earlier in this thread, Home Dogs went 13-19-2 (41%) vs. 53% usually when heading into a bye. Another one to toss out there that I devised just now. Undefeated road favs playing on MNF when the total is <45 points are just 3-9 since 1989. I threw the total into it because we want to look at games that should be relatively lower scoring. Again, these are just trends, and have nothing to do w/ the actual matchup. When I look at the matchup, I decide I'll pass. I'm going to watch and learn from tonights game, and I'll be rooting for the large home dog.
i_am_the_swammi
2-1 this week, with the Titans missing a cover by a point...ouch. Can't complain, as the Rams gift-wrapped some ching for the Swammi....hoping all you ARZ bettors took Dre/Swammi advice and bought that hook. Tonight, leaning on the Bills +10.5. Lots of things seem to be working against the Cowboys tonight: 1. First Monday Night game in Buffalo in over a decade...home field will definitely be a factor. 2. Cowboys coming off an emotional road-win in Chicago....Dre, any stats about double-digit favorites playing in their second of two road games? 3. With the Pats winning yesterday, they may be already looking forward to next week. 4. Complacency....facing a non-confrence foe they assume, as everyone else does, they will beat. 5. Public is loving Dallas this week....another game to go the other way. I still like the Cowboys to win, but in more of a struggle than they would like....Cowboys 23, Bills 19 EDIT: Line is now 11.5...and growing larger. rattsass
Not touching this one, but I really can't see how the Bills can hang. Blowout city is what it looks like. That is the way the public is betting it. Could be a trap but I am having a hard time envisioning how.
HowboutthemCowboys
2. HowboutthemCowboys
I don't usually make predictions on Dallas' games and have no $$ on the game but I think Dallas pounds the Bills tonight.
