policyvote Posted October 9, 2007 Share Posted October 9, 2007 My wife had a recipe for "shake n' bake Tofu fries", like a dry breading mix (mostly "italian breadcrumbs", IIRC) that you shake french-fry-size cuts of Tofu in, and then you bake 'em.
