Ruud and Ryans injuries?

I just read in another IDP forum that both Ruud and Ryans were injured in practice today. Yahoo has the same report about Ruud but no mention of Ryans. has anyone heard any further news about the severity of these injuries since I have both and would have to make some serious roster decisions if either of them are out this weekend.

(KFFL) Roy Cummings, of The Tampa Tribune, report Tampa Bay Buccaneers LB Barrett Ruud (knee) participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 11. He should be able to play Week 6.
